Playnder Terms & Conditions
Effective from: 15 October 2026
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who operates Playnder
Playnder is operated by Alessandro Poggio, Calle Aaron Vidal Lopez Soldat 6, 4F, 46026, Valencia, Spain. Contact: hola@playnder.com. In these terms, “we” means the operator and “you” means the person using Playnder. Our Legal Notice provides the operator details.
These terms govern your use of the Playnder website and any Playnder application made available as part of the beta. You must agree to them when creating an account. Our Community & Reporting rules form part of these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how information is handled.
2. The beta service
Playnder is a football networking service where adult players, club representatives and scouts can create profiles, share football content and statistics, follow others and communicate using the available features.
Access during the initial beta is free. You will not be charged for joining it, and your beta account will not automatically become a paid subscription. If paid services are introduced, we will explain their prices and conditions and obtain your agreement before charging you.
The beta is being developed. Features, limits and availability may change; errors and interruptions can occur. Keep your own copies of important content. We will give reasonable notice of significant service changes or closure where practicable, except where urgent security or legal reasons require immediate action. Your mandatory legal rights continue to apply during the beta.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old. Provide accurate information, keep your account details up to date and protect your login credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect someone has accessed your account without permission.
If you act for a club or organisation, you must have authority to do so. Do not impersonate a player, club, scout or other person. Club and scout access may require approval. We may ask for proportionate supporting information to check eligibility, authority or a disputed claim.
4. Profiles, statistics and verification
You are responsible for the information and claims you submit. Club confirmation and verification labels describe checks performed within Playnder; they do not guarantee every statement is correct or certify professional credentials, ability or suitability.
Playnder provides networking tools. We do not act as your football agent, employer or party to an agreement you make with another user. We do not guarantee scouting interest, trials, recruitment, contracts, playing time or income. Independently check the identity and authority of anyone offering an opportunity.
5. Your content and its visibility
You keep any rights you hold in your profile information, posts, photographs, videos, comments and other submissions. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share them, including relevant image, music, match-footage and privacy permissions.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, technically adapt and display your content only as needed to operate Playnder and provide the features you use. Technical adaptation includes resizing images and encoding video. This licence permits our service providers to process the content for those purposes. It does not grant permission to use you in a separate advertising campaign.
The licence ends when the content is removed, subject to limited backup retention and lawful preservation explained in the Privacy Policy. Content owned and independently posted by another user is not automatically removed when you close your account.
Some profile information is publicly visible without an account. Shared images and videos may also be accessible through their media links. Do not upload confidential information or content you expect to remain private. Direct messages are intended for their participants, but a recipient can copy or share them, and authorised administrators may access them where necessary to investigate reports or meet legal obligations.
6. Acceptable use and reporting
Do not use Playnder for unlawful content, harassment, threats, discrimination, scams, impersonation, false verification claims, spam or unauthorised use of someone else's content or personal information. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service or harvest users' personal information without a lawful basis and permission where required.
The Community & Reporting page explains these rules and how anyone, including a person without an account, can report content or request review of a decision.
7. Restrictions and review
We may investigate reports and remove or restrict content, withdraw approval, or suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, illegal content, a security issue or a legal requirement. We consider the seriousness of the issue, available evidence and repeated conduct, and aim to apply proportionate measures.
Where required, we will explain the restriction, its basis and available ways to challenge it. You can request human review at hola@playnder.com. We may act immediately where needed to prevent harm or comply with the law.
8. Closing your account
You can deactivate or delete your account in Settings, or contact us for assistance. Deactivation does not erase your information. Deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
If you are the only administrator of a club, the self-service deletion flow may require transferring that role first. Contact us if you cannot do this; it does not remove your statutory data-protection rights.
9. Our responsibility
We will exercise reasonable care in operating Playnder. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user content, another user's conduct or agreements between users, unless our own breach of a duty contributed to the loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or gross negligence, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The beta status does not waive those rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements or security needs. We will publish the revised version and notify registered users of material changes with reasonable advance notice where practicable. We will seek fresh agreement where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights you already have. If you disagree, you can stop using Playnder and close your account.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law, including relevant protections in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not require exclusive proceedings in Valencia or compulsory arbitration.
