Playnder Community & Reporting

Effective from: 15 October 2026

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Playnder is a football network for adults aged 18 or over. These rules form part of our Terms & Conditions and apply to profiles, posts, photographs, videos, comments, claims and messages.

1. What we expect

Represent yourself honestly, treat other people respectfully and share football content you have the right to use. Clubs and scouts must accurately describe their role and authority. Player statistics and club claims must be made in good faith; mistakes should be corrected when identified.

Do not:

  • Threaten, harass, stalk or target others with discriminatory abuse or hate speech.
  • Impersonate a person or organisation, fabricate verification evidence or knowingly submit false statistics or membership claims.
  • Run scams, request money through deceptive recruitment offers, send spam or misuse messaging for unwanted solicitation.
  • Share illegal material, sexual exploitation or abuse material, intimate content without consent, or content promoting violence or serious harm.
  • Publish someone else's private contact details, identity documents, medical information or other confidential information without a lawful basis.
  • Upload footage, photographs, logos or music without the necessary rights and permissions. An appearance in a football match does not automatically give you every right to publish the recording.
  • Circumvent access controls, attempt account theft, distribute malware or repeatedly create accounts to evade restrictions.
  • Submit knowingly false reports or use reporting tools to retaliate against someone.

Do not upload content involving minors without the rights, permissions and lawful basis required to share it. The adult-only account rule does not make every match recording free of privacy obligations.

2. How to report something

Use a report control where available, or email hola@playnder.com with the subject “Content report”. You do not need a Playnder account to email a report.

For a notice of allegedly illegal content, include:

  1. The exact URL, profile, post, video, comment or message identifier, with enough detail for us to locate the specific item. Include a timestamp if reporting a particular part of a video.
  2. Why you believe the content is illegal, and any relevant explanation or evidence. You do not need to be a lawyer or name a legal provision to raise a concern.
  3. Your name and email address so we can acknowledge the notice and communicate our decision, unless the law permits those details to be omitted for the particular report, including certain reports involving child sexual abuse material.
  4. A statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in the notice is accurate and complete.

For a rules violation or inaccurate claim, identify the item, explain the problem and provide relevant context. For copyright or image-rights concerns, explain your rights or authority to represent the rights holder.

Do not forward illegal abuse material or unnecessary sensitive documents. Give the location and explanation instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services; Playnder's mailbox is not an emergency service.

3. How reports are handled

We acknowledge electronic notices when contact details are provided, review the specific issue and communicate our decision without undue delay. Reports are handled by a human during the beta. We may ask for clarification or relevant evidence and may act on problems discovered independently of a report.

Depending on the issue, we may leave the content available, request a correction, remove or restrict an item, withdraw verification, or restrict an account. We consider the evidence, severity and repetition and respect the rights of the people affected. We may take immediate measures where necessary to prevent harm or comply with law.

Where required, an affected user receives the reasons for a restriction, its scope and duration, whether it concerns illegality or a rule violation, whether automated tools were involved and the available means of review. We do not automatically make a reporter's identity public; disclosure may be necessary in limited circumstances required by law.

4. Requesting review

If you believe a decision is wrong, email hola@playnder.com with the subject “Review request”, identify the decision and explain why it should be reconsidered. Include any relevant information we may have missed. There is no charge for requesting review, and a human will consider it.

This contact process does not replace any complaint, judicial or other remedy available to you under applicable law. We correct decisions when the evidence warrants it.

5. Reporting information and privacy

Report details and evidence are used to investigate the issue, communicate decisions and handle justified follow-up. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes or applicable legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy explains retention and your rights.
